You’ll feel the pulse of Balcescu Boulevard while dining in Corso Brasserie, an energetic restaurant surrounded by a wall of windows. Madrigal Steak House may very well be Bucharest’s best genuine steak house. The chef insists on the finest Argentinean beef, and his unique creations are always tender and juicy.
